ETS 2 Coaches Release Date Confirmed: November 12, With a New Video Trailer
The wait is over: the Euro Truck Simulator 2 Coaches DLC comes out on November 12, 2026. SCS Software confirmed the date on its blog on November 1 and released a video trailer with it. The Steam page now shows the same date.

It arrives two days after the Iceland map expansion, which SCS lists for November 10.
Three licensed coaches
You start with three officially licensed vehicles:
SCS says each one has its own driving experience and its own customisation options, including chassis configurations, engines, interior trims and accessories.
Driving with people on board
Careful driving matters more here than in a truck. SCS asks you to take corners gently, avoid harsh braking and watch the G-force indicator to keep your passengers comfortable. You also have a timetable to keep, so you are always balancing comfort against time while you work through traffic, bus stations and stops.
Three kinds of job
- Quick Jobs let you earn money before you buy your own coach.
- Contract Jobs use your own vehicle on scheduled services with several stops and a timetable.
- Tourist Jobs are more relaxed trips to famous landmarks and scenic places.
After launch
SCS calls the release “just the beginning”. The studio plans to expand Coaches through updates with more licensed vehicles, new customisation options and more features. It has not given dates or named any new models in this announcement.
Our take
Eleven days between the announcement and the release is short notice, but it is how SCS usually works.
