Farming Simulator 25 Preview: Hand Tools & Bale Wrap Consumables
With Farming Simulator 25, hand tools like chainsaws are now independent items. You’ll also need to stock bale wrapping resources, as they are consumable. A storage area for handheld tools has been added, where you can find chainsaws and spray paints that let you mark trees. Additionally, you can now place your chainsaw on the trailer with a crane used for collecting wood in forestry. These tools will now appear as items on the map and can be stored in the tool shed. Other farmers can also borrow them from here when playing in multiplayer.
When entering the forest with certain forestry machines, you can place your chainsaw in the designated area and pick it up when needed. We’ll see how this mechanic will be adapted in mods to allow different handheld tools for various machines.
Bale Wrapping Resources
With Farming Simulator 25, bale wrapping resources are now consumable. Options like foil or net wrapping have been added. Through a collaboration with the RaniPlast brand, the licensed RaniWrap stretch film series is coming to the game, featuring various colors. In addition to RaniWrap, several official bale wrapping films from various brands have also been included.
Farming Simulator 25 will be released on November 12 for PC, MAC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S consoles.
