Farming Simulator 25 Preview – Build Your House and Constructions, Town Projects, Collectibles

In the new Farming Simulator 25 blog series, construction, town projects, and collectible items have been introduced. You will now be able to build your own houses from scratch. The construction tasks are now built on a more solid foundation. Each map will feature various construction tasks and town projects. You can also earn additional income from these jobs, which are part of the production chain.

In the production chain, you could already set up a bakery to produce bread or cakes, and build a mill for flour production. These features were introduced in FS 22. The Zielonka map even had a piano-making workshop, which will also be included in FS 25. You will be able to open these shops in the Riverbend Springs and Hutan Pantai maps.

Historic Wagon Builder

The town of Riverbend Springs was founded in 1904, and the Silver Shaft Wagons business still produces very elegant horse-drawn carriages. To build a wagon, you will need not only wood but also fabric and rope.

Playground Maker

In Riverbend Springs, toys can be produced for play areas where children can play. You will be able to craft the necessary toys for the children’s park from wood, and your main task will be to build a wooden toy tractor.

Make Monuments!

In Farming Simulator 25, the Riverbend Springs and Hutan Pantai maps will feature larger construction projects. These are called community projects, and monuments can be built according to each town’s culture. Since these tasks require much more time and effort, you can choose to engage in them if farming alone isn’t enough for you.

Riverbend Springs: Playground Project

The toy manufacturer has an even bigger project in store. Beyond just toy tractors, a much larger park will be built in the town. Grandpa Walter and Noah, the NPC characters, will provide information about this project. Although they haven’t revealed all the details yet, it’s emphasized that this construction task will involve multiple stages, requiring the delivery of various resources. Since it’s directly linked to the production chain, producing and collecting the necessary materials will take time.

Additionally, the first snowy image from the winter season of Farming Simulator 25 has been shared. They also mention that everything we’ve seen is still in development.

Hutan Pantai: Temple Grounds

To contribute to the Asian atmosphere, in Hutan Pantai, you will rebuild some of the old temple sites, preserving the aesthetic that your ancestors once created here. In Farming Simulator 25, construction tasks will take place in much larger areas this time.

Collectibles – Crop Orbs

The collectible items in Farming Simulator 25 are called “Crop Orbs.” You can find them at various points on the maps, but they will only appear once the temples are built.

Riverbend Springs: Grain Elevator Museum

In the town of Riverbend Springs, the old wooden grain silo is in poor condition, so a renovation task will require materials to restore the building to its former glory. The NPC character Grandpa Walter will share the story of the place with you. Additionally, there are various old tools and equipment that are museum-worthy. These will form part of a new museum.

Build Your House, Too!

With Farming Simulator 25, tasks that allow you to build your own home are coming. You’ll be able to construct both houses and barns. A variety of different house designs have already been added. After making your choice, you will need to gather the necessary materials. These multi-stage tasks will let you enter your house once construction is complete. Just like in the real world, being able to build and manage your own home in a designated area on the farm will feel rewarding. Considering the modding aspect, many different house designs could become available in the future.

The Giants Software team plans to introduce one of the following topics in the next Farming Simulator 25 blog post: the production chain, GPS feature, or terrain deformation.
