The new Volvo FH truck update for ETS 2, which has been expected for 2 years, is still not released. Pavel Sebor, CEO of SCS Software, complained about the time it takes to get almost finished work approved in one of his recent live streams. The first announcement was made on the New Year’s Christmas Special on 19 December 2022. Then, 1 year later, on 20 December 2023, the model’s finished interior options were shown.

Volvo Trucks launched a brand new Volvo FH while all this was going on. It is not certain that the latest model will be coming to ETS 2. It can be expected after the new Volvo FH updates that SCS is currently working on.

The current Volvo FH16(2012) truck has been rebuilt with an all-new model. The facelifted new Volvo FH16(2019) model will be offered as an option. The new front end and headlights will reflect the new changes in the cockpit.

As a result, SCS Software may release new Volvo FH truck updates for Euro Truck Simulator 2 later this year. We are keeping a close eye on SCS for developments such as the exact release date.

The contents of the 1.52 update are starting to become clear. Greece DLC is expected to be released before the end of this year. However, blog posts are still not up to speed.
